For the first time, I was required to log in. But I don't know my password.
So I went through the process of resetting it.
But my new password was not accepted. I did this at least five times.

Issue resolved.
I was not able to change password - the link provided wouldn't allow access (learned later that the server was down).

Ive called customer service several times, but my call does not connect. Screen says call is connecting, The line stays quiet there is no ring, there is response at all.

Need about two more hours. Books taken back at noon and I thought I had till the end of the day. It says I cant check them out till tomorrow but then I waste two of my three per month when Ive basically read them except for 20 pages and one hour.
